Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases of any Mogley Works product (listed on the home page). Each product's own terms of service, linked on its website, also apply to its use.
What you buy
Self-serve software and digital deliverables, provided online. No physical goods. Our products are tools: they don't provide legal, financial, security or compliance advice, audits or certifications, and they don't guarantee a business outcome.
Payment
Checkout, payment processing, invoicing and sales tax/VAT are handled by Polar Software Inc., our merchant of record, under Polar's terms. Prices are shown in USD before purchase.
Refunds
One-time purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order email and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunded purchases are deactivated.
Subscriptions: cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; you keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund a subscription charge you didn't intend if you contact us within 7 days of it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
